  i have published an article written by lee elder on watchtower information service:.

  where is the wts headed with their blood policy?.

  the wts stood at the threshold of permitting autologous whole blood transfusions and for some reason, presently unknown, suddenly shifted and stepped back.

  I have published an article written by Lee Elder on Watchtower Information Service:

  Where is the WTS headed with their blood policy?
  The WTS stood at the threshold of permitting autologous whole blood transfusions and for some reason, presently unknown, suddenly shifted and stepped back. They already printed new blood cards and sent them to the congregations. But the distribution of the of the new cards have been cancelled and the elders were instructed to destroy these new cards.
  Scans of the old and the new blood card are shown in the article!

  (AlanF already posted the old and the new blood card on this board ( http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/forum/thread.asp?id=21758&site=3 ) He made one minor mistake: the ‘old’ blood card wasn’t from 2001 but printed in 1999, the ‘new’ blood card wasn’t from 2002 but printed in 2001.)

  Thanks for the input! I0ll work on an idea to provide more info about Europe.

  I am not always quick in answering my e-mails. I also receive a lot of spam. Sometimes I accidentally delete non-spam e-mails. Maybe this happened to yours. My excusses!

  On Google my site’s old URL (wis.i8.com- visitors are now redirected to the new URL) has a good listing when you search for Watchtower: position number 3 (under watchtower.org & watchtower.observer.org).

  after a downtime of 2 days wis is up and running again!.

  watchtower information service had almost been buried under its own success!

  on 22-01-2002 the site (on the wis.i8.com url) had exceeded its bandwidth limit and has been disabled by the free hosting-provider 50megs.

That's why I bought the watchtowerinformationservice.org domain to serve the increasing number of regular visitors. I hope Watchtower Information Service will remain your source for serious and reliable information on Jehovah's Witnesses and the Watchtower Society.
